A: You do not have administrative privileges on this computer. Contact your system administrator.
Q: When converting to AVI, video files become too large
A: Check the encoder setting for audio or video. Choose correct bit-rate for the video from "Settings" - to the right of the video encoder list. For the audio, choose correct bit-rate and sample-rate from "Change" - to the right of the audio encoder list.
Q: When starting a conversion process, an problem message appears: "The operation cannot be performed because the pins are not connected"
A: It's possible that the video or audio encoder on your computer works incorrectly. Try to choose a different encoder for the conversion or to install the latest version of the encoder.
Q: An problem message appears when opening a file: "Class factory cannot supply requested class File:"
A: This may mean that no encoder was found for your input video/audio file, or that the file is bad. You can download and install a correct encoder.
